Who provides the therapy, and how is quality ensured?
All our therapists are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working under the constant supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We ensure quality by hiring experienced therapists or providing extensive training and supervision for those new to the field. Our Clinical Director oversees every case and maintains continuous communication with the therapy team to uphold high clinical standards. Caregivers are welcome to request a change in RBTs if they feel a therapist is not a good fit.
What does the intake process involve, and how long does it take?
Our intake process includes the following steps:
• Verification of insurance benefits
• Requesting authorization for an initial assessment
• Developing a behavior plan and submitting it to the insurance company
• Upon receiving authorization, services commence.
This process typically takes about 2-3 weeks. Currently, we do not have a waitlist and are accepting new clients.
How often will I receive updates on my child's progress?
We provide updates after every session, as well as weekly and monthly summaries. Our BCBAs maintain constant communication with caregivers to ensure they are informed about their child's progress and current therapy goals.
